Critch
No Ball Games EP
Self Released
Out On November 10!!!!
Urgent, rowdy, with a hefty dose of swagger and a suitable amount of sleaze – what more can you ask of a debut EP? Absolute tease of an opening track ‘Healing Alone’ starts slow and steady, before launching into a full-on alt indie rager fortified with a wall of slamming guitars and vocals with a kick. A menacing bassline leads the way to an inescapable crescendo of instruments and an intimidating vox in battering-ram-to-the-brain of a track ‘Animal Kingdom’. ‘No Ball Games’ is a pressure cooker of an EP, building in intensity track on track, fuelled by the disgruntled and angry Critch, who are using every second to showcase their aggy, sound and to have their say on society. And every ounce of it is worth hearing.
