Out Now!!!
Shedding skins every time they release an album. Evolving, getting bolder and bitier, but continuing to keep their vampcore heart beating like in each of their records before. Lesbian Bed Death really bare their teeth this time around. ‘Satan’s Cellar’ is their grittiest, noisiest, gnarliest offering so far, and it’s one we’ll gladly receive. The choruses and hooks are still catchy as hell (‘Love Bites From the Beast’ and furious fast-paced opener ‘The Midnight Horror Show’). The spell casting coven vibe remains strong as ever (slowed down and sleazy ‘Dark Waters’). The filthy and uncensored bass on ‘Death Row Disco’ is so down and dirty you’d willingly drop to your knees for it. ‘Bad Energy’ has bubblegum pop vocals singing shit-kicking lyrics. ‘Atomic Romance’ is a synthtastic macabre electro banger the eighties could only dream about – but that Lesbian Bed Death have conjured up to make ‘Satan’s Cellar’ stand out even more. Oh, and horror headbanger ‘Exorsisters’ is possibly the best song name ever. ‘Satan’s Cellar’ is dark, delish and devilishly good.
